 Each project needs trust. At project onset, we work closely and delicately with the Owner and design team in carefully reviewing and analyzing the project. We strike a balance between the Owner’s expectations and what can realistically be achieved with respect to quality, budget and schedule.  Symphony LLC has an impressive portfolio of managing small and large portfolios of work totaling several hundreds of million dollars.  We ensure the owner gets the best value for their budget. 

Our approach consists of three main themes:

Similar to when acting as the Owner’s Representative, when engaged as the Project Team Facilitator, Symphony performs as a neutral third party coach to create environments  and cultures that empower people to work at high levels of collaboration by promoting trust and alignment towards common objectives.

This is different because many times, project teams work towards different goals and with different processes. This causes many courses of direction (as illustrated) with no one guiding the project toward your established goals and objectives or looking out for your best interests. 

We focus on each firm and each team member’s technical and personal strengths to ensure the RIGHT people are available to orchestrate the best possible outcomes.  We assist the teams in developing predictive performance metrics that allow for early indications of project performance to allow the most time, resources and creativity to capitalize on opportunities and mitigate project risks and issues.
