Clay Goser is a progressive leader with over 18 years of experience in the design and construction industry. His extensive experience includes success in all aspects of project delivery from concept development through design, construction, and occupancy. 

His accomplishments include building and integrating comprehensive teams that bring added value to projects, achieving optimal results.  He is adept at aligning teams, cultures, and environments that are conducive to innovation and deep collaboration. He has been responsible for a hundreds of millions of dollars of construction. 

Clay Goser graduated from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and received his Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Science and Technology in Rolla, Missouri. He accepted a commission in the United States Army as a Second Lieutenant in the Medical Service Corps. 

He spent ten years serving as a health facility planner, project officer, regional planner and a theater planner during Operation Iraqi Freedom.  After leaving the military, he went to work as an owner’s representative with BJC Healthcare’s Planning, Design and Construction Department. 

He worked as a system planning architect and the Director of Construction for Community Hospitals.  He was responsible for projects in nine hospitals in and around the metropolitan St Louis area.   He recently left BJC Healthcare to start Symphony LLC, a company consulting in strategic improvement in project and program management.

Dawn Naney has over 16 years of experience establishing and managing teams responsible for the successful planning and execution of portfolios, programs and projects in a variety of fields including design/construction, information technology, clinical interventions and process improvement, primarily in the healthcare industry. 

Responsibilities include streamlining the business processes and managing the controls for a portfolio of design and construction projects valued at $300M and establishing a Program Management Office to support enterprise wide project and portfolio management for one of the largest healthcare systems in the nation. 

Ms. Naney’s specialty is establishing effective and efficient business processes focused on removing non-value added activities, designing and implementing project management and control frameworks, standards, tools, process and outcome measures necessary to manage detailed project data and aggregate project portfolio information.
